Brief introduction
The cyclone sand removal machine is an advanced equipment specifically designed for cyclone sand tanks. This equipment has good sand settling and washing effects, and is widely used in the pre-treatment process of urban hotels, factories, mines, enterprises and institutions, as well as large, medium and small sewage treatment projects in cities.
2、 Working principle
The cyclone sand removal machine consists of an impeller, a rotating shaft, an electric motor, a reducer, and a sand lifting system (pump lifting or air lifting). Due to the spiral motion of the sewage in the pool caused by the rotation of the impeller, coupled with the vortex flow generated by the tangential entry of sewage that is consistent with the impeller, the sewage in the pool forms a vortex flow state. Under appropriate blade inclination angle and linear velocity conditions, the sand particles in the sewage will be washed away and still maintain good sedimentation effect, while the organic matter and lightweight substances originally attached to the sand particles will flow out of the vortex pool together with the sewage. In addition, due to the rotation of the impeller, the sensitivity of the cyclone pool to changes in flow state caused by changes in water inflow is reduced, thus ensuring the stability of the sedimentation tank effect and low organic content in the sand output.
